Personal Statement
My proven skill set is in simplifying Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) into fast, fun (yes, really!), practical self awareness and regulation training – teaching new skills to every client who attends private sessions or organisational workshops.
CBT covers all stress disorders. I believe we should all be taught cognitive science skills in school from an early age – it is for everybody and every situation – taking therapy out of medical settings, and into general life skills instead – examining and changing bad habits, and building new good habits instead – developing rational thinking skills, and designing emotionally intelligent responses to stressors, with intention – it would save many of us from emotional rollercoasters and self-sabotaging.
Low intensity CBT is not just ‘therapy’, it is fast and efficient best practice personal and professional development, that helps clients to achieve real change. ‘When we know better, we do better’ – it’s a proven psycho-educational science. And science is magic that works.
One to one CBT sessions are delivered through a mixture of informal discussion in a private therapy setting, and ‘learning by discovery’ homework to take away (at 30 Wicklow Street Dublin 2, or online) – and I design and deliver experiential group training seminars and workshops for companies and organisations. Think different, feel different, behave different, with CBT… The company mission is to “turn therapy into practical science – teaching life changing skills that stay with you forever…”.

Hello Veronica – I live in north central Florida, and have been in practice about 4 years (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy.) Also I find that many clients like to work on psychodynamic insight therapy, I tell them all the time that while insight is great, I haven’t seen it motivate an awful lot of change. CBT seems to make change easier to achieve, and your worksheets are stunning. May I share them with my clients? Thanks so much! I will not redistribute nor rebrand them. (Promise
